About us

We have been in Business Since 2015

Rehab on Wheels was founded in 2015 by a group of Physical and Occupational Therapists who wanted to make state-of-the-art rehabilitation services more accessible to patients.
With that goal in mind, we set out to provide true one-on-one therapeutic services. They aimed to improve quality of life and range of motion for geriatric patients that could not travel.

Falls Risk

Falls are the second leading cause of accidental or unintentional injuries worldwide.
Age is one of the key risk factors for falls. Older people have the highest risk of death or serious injury arising from a fall and the risk increases with age.

Difficulty Walking

Walking is a complex interplay between multiple systems of the body; the nervous system, musculoskeletal system and cardiovascular system are all necessary for the control of walking. Balance, reflexes, sensory function, motor function and many other systems need to be intact in order for walking to proceed normally.

Pain Relief

Physical therapy and exercise are fundamental to the interdisciplinary approach to pain management in the elderly. Physical modalities used in combination with exercise provide pain relief and help to prevent future pathology and physiologic changes in the elderly that often result in significant pain syndromes.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Focuses on treating orthopedic conditions such as ligament sprains, muscle strains, tendon injuries, post-surgical conditions, and other injuries related to the musculoskeletal system in order to regain range of motion and restoring function by using a variety of exercises, stretches, and manual techniques.

Neuro Rehabilitation

Designed to help patients with nervous system or neurological diseases. Rehabilitation aims to increase function, reduce debilitating symptoms, and improve a patient’s quality of life.

Vestibular Therapy

Special form of exercise-based therapy designed to both primary and secondary symptoms of vestibular disorders such as vertigo, dizziness, visual disturbance, and/or imbalance.

Hand Therapy

Non-surgical management of hand disorders and injuries using physical methods such as exercise, splinting and wound care

Women's Health

Helps women to prevent multiple musculoskeletal conditions that women can experience throughout their lifetime

Sports Injuries

Helps people rebuild strength and movement in parts of their body after a sport injury.
